  • Enter your state Microsoft 365 email address.
  • Type in your password for your state Microsoft 365 email and select submit.
  • You will be automatically directed to the support portal home page.

Which browsers are supported by ServiceNow?


The ServiceNow platform supports the following browsers:

Can I still call the OMES Service Desk? Is the service desk phone number still the same?

The phone number for the service desk is not changing. Contact the service desk at either 405‑521-2444 or 866-521-2444.

How can I email the service desk?

Email the service desk at servicedesk@omes.ok.gov.

Is the chat functionality still available?

Yes.

How do I log in to ServiceNow?

Navigate to https://oklahoma.service-now.com and use the same state login credentials used for Microsoft 365.

How can I check the status of an incident or service request?

Go to https://oklahoma.service-now.com and log in. Once logged in, locate the Help box and select See Request Progress. To view an outage for a state system, locate the System Status box and select View System Status.

Were records imported from Cherwell to ServiceNow?

No, OMES did not import records from Cherwell into ServiceNow. No new tickets were created in Cherwell after March 9, 2022. However, historical data is maintained and searchable.


We worked closely with the vendor ServiceNow to transition to an updated IT service management system and simplify our service delivery.

Our next phases include the following:

  • Enable business management for projects and roadmap planning.
  • Improve asset management tracking and analytics.
  • Provide chatbots powered by automation.
